Do you provide International delivery?
Currently international delivery is not available, however, we are aiming to offer an EU wide service no later than Q1 2023!
How do I return an item?

What is your returns policy?
Due to the weight and nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

It is not the item you ordered, or is damaged upon delivery.

Delivered within the last 14 days.
How do I track my order?
Your courier and tracking number information will be provided once we have shipped your order.

All of our courier services have contact phone numbers or email addresses for any shipping, delivery or tracking enquiries.
What are your delivery options?
All orders are automatically assigned to a courier depending on the total weight and size of the item/s in the order, with an aim to delivery within 2-3 business days to any UK Mainland address.
